The country crooner and coach on The Voice, 36, is releasing his ninth album, Based on a True Story... this month.

In the second segment of a two-part interview with CMT Hot 20 Countdown co-host Katie Cook, the Oklahoma native talked more about his latest music, his life with wife Miranda Lambert and offered some observations about spending more time in Los Angeles.

Seeing how we (hilariously) know Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are not breaking up, the obvious question now is: Will there ever be a baby in the country couple's future?

Before his schedule kicked into overdrive, CMT Hot 20 Countdown co-host Katie Cook spent some quality time with Shelton to talk about the new album, his upcoming tour and the challenges a married man faces in making music videos.

Blake Shelton acknowledges that things are different now that he and Adam Levine are the two remaining this time around.

During Nashville’s Country Radio Seminar this past week, Shelton sat down with a few key programmers and DJs to preview his forthcoming album, Based on a True Story.
