Hey! I just wanted to say that the concert you guys played in hawaii, Rocked! U guys sold out before REd hot chilly Peppers did.Well my question is: How come Adrian threw his drum sticks in the front? and not on the left side?

I had such an amazing time at the sold out August 10th show in Hawaii, and I wanted to thank you for putting on yet another incredible show here. What was it like to hear the entire audience take Gwen's vocals on "Underneath It All"? From the pit, I was blown away, but I can't even begin to imagine what it was like for the four of you on stage! Thanks again for rocking our rock out here in the Pacific Ocean and come back soon!

How much if any does the record company control which songs make it on the album. Do you have any songs that you wish were on the album that didn't make it?
The record company has no control over which of our songs end up on our albums. We decide everything. For every album there are usually a handful of songs that don't make it, and they sometimes end up as bonus tracks on singles and albums released in Europe and Asia. - Tom Dumont

I saw that a lot of the new dates listed for your fall tour have a "w/ Garbage" next to it and I know you said Garbage was going to be in Australia for the first few dates, so are the ones that don't have the "w/ Garbage" the dates that Garbage couldn't make? Correct, the dates that say "w/ Garbage" are the ones where Garbage are playing. If it doesn't say "w/ Garbage", then that means they are not playing. - Tom Dumont

We prefer to play venues with open floors, but most venues are half seated and half open. If you want to dance without the burden of being stuck in front of a chair, then try to get floor seats. - Tom Dumont

why is the tour becoming smaller? I checked the tour site earlier today and there were a lot of dates. But as of right now some dates have been dropped. Why is that?

WHY WHY WHY do you guys always skip indianapolis???????????????????????? The Purdue show in april doesn't count b/c it's far from indy and purdue sucks ass. you're not even coming to ohio, and michigan doesn't count b/c you're with the stones and the tix are way expensive and your set will be shorter. the midwest is loaded with fans....why skip it?????? if you're already gonna be in michigan why not at least play a show there where you headline?
Chicago is the closest show to Indianapolis, and its a 190 mile drive. We're going to have to drive 410 miles from St. Paul to get to that show, so you're actually closer than we are. If we can do it, so can you. - Tom Dumont

Backstage passes are given only to working crew and guests of the band. They are never sold. On our last tour some jerk was selling fake ones and just pocketing the money. To be a guest of the band you'd probably have to be a friend or family member. - Tom Dumont

i know that you and sublime headlined the first (i think it was first, at least) warped tour way back in 95 (again, i think). what were the shows like there and then compared to your own, solo gigs? would you ever play the warped tour again (i know you played at some point on the ROS tour, but i mean like a full time thing)? cannot wait to see you guys on the 20th! -timm
Actually we didn't headline, we opened the first warp tour in 1995. We went on first at some shows and last at some shows (after the headliner, after everyone left). We enjoyed doing it, but I don't know if we'll do it again in the future or not.... - Tom Dumont
