Hiscoe said she was excited to see Shelton. “I want to see if he’s the genuine person I see on The Voice,” she explained. “He seems so laid back … And maybe we’ll see Gwen.”
Hiscoe was, of course, referring to Shelton’s girlfriend (and Voice co-host) Gwen Stefani, who was indeed spotted standing side stage during his 90-minute set.
