The latest way this rock star is turning heads? With new spring glasses for L.A.M.B. and Gx Eyewear! We sat down with the Voice judge to get the scoop.

Tell us about your new glasses collections.

One thing that makes a line strong is a clear point of view. When it came to the sunglasses, I wanted people to feel sophisticated and glamorous, and with the eyeglasses, cute and unique. I like things that stand out and define who you are.

Who are your style icons?

Through the years, my biggest influence was always Old Hollywood. I was probably in eighth grade when I became obsessed with movies and fashion from the '40s and ’50s—the lashes, the red lips, anybody who has a distinctive style. Someone like Dolly Parton—nobody can replicate that. I definitely put time into my look and I enjoy it! Deciding whether to wear a lip gloss or a dark lip is fun for me.

You’ve been through a lot but seem stronger than ever. Where does your confidence come from?

I have days when I’m confident and days when I’m not, but one thing I’ve done throughout my life is work on my spirituality. Everybody has bad days, everybody has tragedies, but it’s how you deal with them. Prayer helps me with all my insecurities.
