MY ENGAGEMENT RING

It’s white gold, and it has a big-old square-diamond inset – very male/female, very modern. It’s really sparkly. I’m always looking down at it, going, “Wow. Wow! For the rest of my life. . . .”

JOHN GALLIANO

He’s gonna do my wedding dress. I’m the luckiest girl in the world. He’s such a genius. I went to his Christian Dior show in Paris. They were playing Bow Wow Wow and Adam Ant with these live drummers drummin’ along with the music. It was incredible.

OUTKAST

I have such a connection with those guys. They remind me of Fishbone, who I used to worship growing up. They just did a remix of “Hey Baby,” and the way they sing on it reminds me of that whole Parliament-Funkadelic/Fishbone vibe, with the harmonies and stuff.

MALIK SIDIBE

He’s an African photographer. He has this book of photos shot through the Sixties and early Seventies at different nightclubs. It’s all in black and white, and it shows so much character in these people. I’ve been using it a lot for references and just being inspired by the way that they’re dressed. The style in it is incredible.

BONO

I don’t know how he finds the time to have four kids, a wife he’s been with since high school, and also save the world! He has made so much money for charity – he’s, like, beyond human.
