Much too cold Gwen Iā€™m here

Gorgeous Gwen Stefani has told her Scots fiance she doesn't want a romantic Highland hideaway - because it's too cold and wet.

The No Doubt sex siren will marry Edinburgh-born rocker Gavin Rossdale later this year.

But the American beauty has already laid down the law to the Bush frontman after a spot of househunting.

Gwen said: "It might have been sunny while we were playing at T In The Park but I'm from California and it's far too cold for me in Scotland.

"Gavin is very proud of his Scottish roots.

"He dragged me around a few castles and mansions recently trying to convince me it would be great idea - but it rained every day. So I had to tell him that I was sorry to say no. I love the sun too much to put up with the Scottish weather."

Gwen - decked out in tartan - blasted out a string of hits including their recent chart smash Hey Baby on Saturday.

She twisted and flexed her muscular flat tum throughout her performance, much to the delight of her male admirers.

But they'll be brokenhearted when she ties the knot with millionaire Rossdale, who proposed on New Year's Day.

She said: "I'm ready to settle down and so is Gavin.

"Unfortunately for him it won't be in Scotland.

"But we can always come back and visit. It's a beautiful country."
