Home appears on the deluxe edition of Pure BS, Blake Shelton’s studio album released on May 6, 2008. It was released as a radio single on February 4, 2008.

It also appears on Loaded: The Best of Blake Shelton (2010) and Reloaded: 20 #1 Hits (2015). It was also released as a duet with Michael Bublé on Cheers It’s Christmas (2012). A live version with Michael Bublé was released on Hit Man: David Foster & Friends (2008) as well as on the Blake Shelton (Live) EP (2017).
